Sushi sushi sushi. Hookah, frozen Miami vice's, seating on the sidewalk, people watching, rocking good time!!! It was the bday weekend. We came here twice on Saturday. The second time stayed for 4 hours and puffed green apple & menthol tobacco. I also cat called to just about every man the walked past us. Yes, sleazy but fun! It was great. No. Better than great!

Perfect people watch sitting!! Great food and reasonable prices. I love the yellowtail appetizer with ponzu sauce,it is great. The only Star missing is that they only have one type of sake and it was a nigori ...ah? Still...great price and food. I am coming back!

If there was an option to give 0 stars that would be a deserved rating for this place. Just horrible experience!! Stinky fish, dirty, lame service... And 18% gratuity included automatically for two people only. We were waiting for a roll that was supposed to contain yellow fish, avocado, jalapeños, and masago for 45 minutes. Surprise! We got a rice - stinky fish roll with no additional ingredients whatsoever! Sashimi de luxe included 4 pathetically skinny (and stinky) salmon pieces, a couple of tiny pieces of tuna, and crab sticks!!! Crab sticks in sashimi???!? Seriously?!? I have never been to a worse place. And the bill was enormous! I had a dinner a Joe's stone crab the night before and paid the same!

This place is absolutely horrible. Terrible service, 18% auto-gratuity so they have no desire to care, and absolutely disgusting fish. This place is absolutely horrible.

I had the Avocado roll and it was horrible. It was like a little kid rolled it. The rice looked rally bad and the roll was so tiny. Never going back again!!!

Walk-shopping up and down Ocean can make any girl hungry...for food. We stopped in this little restaurant out of the way and I didn't realize it would be like an oasis. It's main door is off to the side of the Chesterfield hotel so you don't necessarily notice it at first. But when you walk in, you realize that it's a gorgeous use of such a small space. Our waiter was so sweet. He explained to us about his fascination with meeting new people as he was from a small town in Estonia. When we initially walked in, we weren't sure what to drink and had him make us something. That drink was so delicious, we called it Sushi Sunrise. He rang up our tab and actually undercharged us for the drinks, which is always high praise in my books :) The sushi tasted really fresh, including the avocado. I ordered the spicy salmon roll and it was so good that I ordered several others. I found myself eating very slowly just so I could savour the delish-ish-ness. Each dish was brought out rather quickly. It was so good that I didn't get a picture of it as I never put my chopsticks down from the moment it was brought out to the moment it was done. The atmosphere is really nice. It seemed a little dark in the day but people came in and out regularly and the bar atmosphere made for some interesting convos with locals and tourists alike. We met a couple who were celebrating their anniversary and chatted with them for awhile about their love of Canada and the importance of young girls like us being aware of our surroundings. They had us smiling that in the 30 minutes of talking, they were already worried about us walking around at night! I love I love Sushi. It was the perfect spot to stop and enjoy some good food. When we left, I was slightly sad to leave but felt refreshed to tackle some more shopping.

Yuk! Ordered Miso soup, ceviche and sushi platter. Miso was fine, ceviche was below average including fake crab stick. When the sushi platter came some of the fish did not smell right. They were nice enough about it I guess, but we just paid for our first 2 items and left. $20 with gratuity included. Add to that the bad generic techno which they turned down for us. I don't think I got food poisoning luckily. Crap

Hot tuna roll fabulous. Ceviche very good. Nice place to sit outside and people watch. Frozen drinks just ok. The kitchen is a little slow, but the sushi is worth the wait. A little disturbing that the washroom (one stall, unisex) had no hand soap.... hope that was a fluke.

Very cool little sushi bar. The sushi is delicious and very reasonably priced. I eat sushi twice a week and this is a spot I hit up at least once a month. The staff is very friendly. They have a Dj and tv with the games on. FULL BAR!!! Which is a prerequisite when I go out to eat especially with sushi.

OK I'm not sure if the bar connected to this is the same business but I am going to assume so since the bill showed up as "I LOVE SUSHI" on my statement and I couldn't really figure out what that bar was called to check into on Foursquare. Anyhow, Ksenia (I think that's her name) was the bartender the night Steve, Annie, James and I dropped in after eating nearby. I noticed they had Fernet Branca here and was super excited and ordered a round for us all. It was Ksenia's 2nd night working and she was very pleasant (and cute!). If you are looking for your Fernet fix, come to the bar here! It's small but very cozy!

Look for the Sushi neon in the window. Very small and personal environment, great for people traveling alone or couples. The well drinks were 2 for $12 during happy hour and the bar tender was very awesome and friendly. Try the California roll!

Excellent sushi! Tried the hot tuna roll and the spicy tuna roll. Both were very fresh and tasty! It's a small spot but the sushi is on point!

hidden gem. loved how small and intimate the spot is. the seating outside is very cool and i recommend going with a group and taking one of the picnic tables. i felt like i was in a drunken little southeast asian neighborhood and anthony bourdain was going to offer me a shot of sake at any moment
